We thoroughly modernized the head unit in our customer's Mercedes-Benz W164 ML350 Bluetec, replacing the dated factory system with a Kenwood DNR876S, which not only offers a 6.95" touchscreen and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, but also provides offline navigation by Garmin which can be further upgraded via SD card, for those longer road trips where cell signal may be limited. The Kenwood head unit also retains the ML's factory rear backup camera, using the head unit's screen as the display.
Our customer also opted to install Fast Wheels Vybz wheels in gloss black, in 20x8.5 +40 offset, which perfectly fill out the ML's fenders compared to the factory wheels. These wheels feature a new design from Fast Wheels, with sizing that's optimized for crossovers and SUVs. We mounted these wheels on Yokohama Parada Spec-X tires, Yokohama's performance truck and SUV tire, in 255/45R20 sizing, giving the customer confidence-inspiring handling in all weather conditions.
