This customer brought in their WRX STI for some blue and green goodies. For the green side of things, a set of Tein Flex Z was installed on the vehicle. The coilovers do end up freeing some room in the front wheel wells as the stock springs and shocks are a bit on the bulky side. And as the Flex Z lineup is more geared towards street and track performance, these coilovers offer integrated camber plates for that extra negative camber if needed.
As for the blue goodies, a limited run of the Work Emotion ZR10's were mounted. The matte navy finish paired with the STI's neon green brake calipers does seem like an odd pair, but does match well. As stated on Work's website, there were only 300 sets ever produced for this finish! The spec on these wheels clear the 6 piston brakes, which were offered on the 2018+ models. The wheels were wrapped in 265/35-18 Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires. The results look amazing and did not require rolling of the fenders to fit the wheel/tire combo which is always welcome.
