We fitted this army green Tacoma TRD with Method MR701 in bronze. The wheels are a 17x9 -12 which is a fairly aggressive offset, paired with LT285/70R17 Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs. We transferred the tires and TPMS sensor from his previous TRD setup. These wheels are fairly light at 32.3 lbs each which is excellent for a wheel with a 2650lb load rating and a lifetime structural warranty.
For the Tacomas, we recommend using an ET nut as the factory studs are quite short when used with aftermarket wheels. A 3" lift is also recommended to run this size without rubbing, as well as removal of the front mudflaps. This truck was lifted on Bilsteins. Note that as these Tacomas came with rubber valved TPMS, a new valve is needed to transfer the sensor, as the rubber valve cannot be reused on the new wheel
